NSRA members can now save anywhere from 10% to 50% off of manufacturer list price on their everyday office supply needs and much more at Staples.

Staples has more than just the thousands of basic office supplies like paper and toner cartridges. Members are also going to save on:

• Communication equipment - such as phones, printers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Printing - business cards, stationary, flyers, signs, and more.
• Office furnishings - including desks, chairs, shredders, filing cabinets, and even cameras.
• Record-Keeping and Presentation supplies like folders, binders, discs, and report covers.
• Cleaning and other supplies for your office and home - from soaps and cleaners to paper towels and garbage bags, all at prices lower than the discount stores and delivered to you FREE.

Once you have signed up for the program, you will be given your user ID and password to allow you to go online and see the special pricing on each product for NSRA members.

You will save between 10-50% off of manufacturers list on all products, but for items heavily purchased by you or the NSRA membership, the discounts will be even greater. Therefore, the more of an item NSRA members buy, and the more members that participate, the greater the discount will be.

• You can also shop at the 1,250 Staples stores and receive the special NSRA pricing. (NOTE: While you receive no special Staples discount card, your credit card will act as your discount card once registered.

Signing up for the program is easy:

• Click here and fill out the online Staples form. You will note that it mentions that this program is brought to you by Members Services Corp. this is the company that manages the program for NSRA and WSTA.
• You will also be contacted to get the name and number of the credit card to which you want your purchases charged.
• It will take a few days to activate your registration. You will receive an email confirming your registration. You will not be able to log-in until you receive this notification.
