NEW YORK — Skins Inc. announced Wednesday the appointment of Michael Solomon as CFO, effective immediately.


Most recently, Solomon served as SVP and controller of Nexxar Group Inc., a global payment transmitter and processing company. Prior to that, he held several top executive titles, including CFO, at such as companies as Startrak Systems LLC, Shareholder International Corp. and Georgeson Shareholder Communications Inc.
