  • as low risk (“stay in the race” projects to improve basic services)
  • medium risk (“win the race” efforts to raise the efficiency and cut the cost of current business activities)
  • and

  • high risk (“change the rules” innovations to enter new or transform existing markets)
  • If you want your business to remain where it is – keep using just the basics of technology to keep your business in operation. However, if you want to GROW your business you must use technology to be where you want to be, not where you are. (more…)

    Phoenix_Footwear Group Inc has made a number of new hires and management changes in its finance, sourcing, product, logistics and planning operations as part of an ongoing review of the business.

    The multi-brand footwear and accessories maker on Wednesday (24 October) promoted Scott Sporrer, currently the company’s corporate controller, as interim chief financial officer. He will replace Ken Wolf , who leaves the company on 15 November. (more…)
